Sickness & Recovery

Sickness, injury and addiction should never leave anyone alone by the roadside (Luke 10:33–34). We visit, drive, bring meals and, with proper clinical oversight, serve.

“I was sick and you visited me.”
(Matthew 25:36)

The sick & injured

Make sure sickness and inability to pay never leave people abandoned (Luke 10:33–35).

Scriptural basis

Matthew 25:36; Luke 10:30–37; James 5:14

Class I for care and visitation. Class III for modern clinical delivery.

Addiction & recovery

Walk with people whose dependence is damaging their health, work and family, restoring them gently (Galatians 6:1).

Scriptural basis

Ephesians 5:18; 1 Corinthians 6:12; Galatians 6:1–2

Class II for sobriety, self-control and restoration. Class III for modern recovery programmes.

What we do

  • Rides to treatment
  • Practical help during recovery
  • Support for families, and referral to licensed treatment

Who serves

Our commitment. The sick need a physician (Luke 5:31): prayer and mentoring go alongside medical treatment, never in place of it.

Serve in Sickness & Recovery.

Whatever gift you have received, use it to serve others, as good stewards of God’s varied grace (1 Peter 4:10).
